I.Pipe introduction:
Thepipe skeleton reinforced plastic composite pipe is a kind of new composite pipe with external and internal pressure resistance, and its main raw materials are extrusion-grade high-density polyethylene, high-strength reinforced strip and steel strip. The pipe contains internal pressure pipe layer, high-strength reinforced layer, external pressure resistant reinforced layer and over-cladding layer from inside to outside.
The internal pressure pipe layer is a solid-wall pipe of extrusion integral forming and the wall of internal pressure pipe has a uniform composite high-strength reinforced belt outside; the high-strength reinforced layer is cladded with an external pressure resistant reinforced layer, and the external pressure resistant reinforced layer can adopt the wave-shaped steel strip reinforced structure or the hollow spiral tubular rib structure with the inner wall of single-wall polypropylene corrugated pipe; the surfaces of high-strength reinforced layer and external pressure resistant reinforced layer are uniformly cladded with a layer of resin as the over-cladding layer.
